The visit is the same: foam type, condition, ventilation, moisture, timber, photographs. This report adds a structured review of the paperwork: whether the installation matches its product approval, whether a property-specific condensation risk assessment was done, whether the installer's scheme registrations were valid at the time, and whether any warranty was correctly issued.
