For claims firms, legal teams & IBG providers
Independent Spray Foam Evidence — Built for Your Caseload
An independent, evidence-based technical inspection and report you can instruct for your spray foam claim clients — photo-referenced, certificate-mapped, fact vs opinion separated, and genuinely independent because we don't remove or install.
Why claims firms and IBG administrators use SprayFoamCheck
Genuinely independent
No removal arm. No installation arm. No referral fees from removal companies. The findings cannot be challenged as commercially motivated — which matters when the report is the basis of a Section 75, FOS, or IBG decision.
Built for case files
Photo-referenced, BBA certificate-mapped, document review included. Fact and opinion separated throughout. Written so an ombudsman case handler or underwriter can act on it without further interpretation.
Aligned with the guidance
Inspection carried out in line with PCA (Property Care Association) guidance for assessing spray foam. Cross-reference against the relevant BBA certificate. PAS 2035-aligned methodology (training completed). Calibrated instrument readings recorded on every report.

Independent means independent
SprayFoamCheck does not accept outcome-based arrangements on cases where it acts as the technical expert. Reports are produced on a fixed-fee basis and reflect what the inspection and document review actually find — favourable to the claim or not.
That independence is the report's value. A finding that supports the claim carries weight precisely because the assessor has no financial interest in the outcome.
