How It Works

Four simple steps from booking to report. No payment upfront. No obligation.

    1

    Submit your details

Fill in the short booking form on our homepage — name, postcode, and reason for the inspection. No payment is taken at this stage.

    2

    We confirm your appointment

We'll contact you within one working day to arrange a convenient inspection date. Most inspections are scheduled within 3–7 days.

    3

    On-site inspection (60–90 minutes)

Jan, our DEA-qualified assessor, attends your property. The inspection covers insulation condition, moisture readings, ventilation, and photographic documentation. You're welcome to be present.

    4

    Written report delivered (48–72 hours)

You receive a full written report with photographs, moisture data, risk categorisation, and a hygrothermal condensation risk assessment. The report is yours to keep, share with lenders, solicitors, or surveyors.

No payment required · No obligation · Takes 60 seconds

    What you receive

    • Written condition and risk report in PDF format
    • Labelled photographic evidence
    • Moisture readings table
    • Risk categorisation (Low / Moderate / Critical)
    • Hygrothermal condensation risk assessment
    • Plain-language recommendations

Reports are written to stand up to third-party review — a finance provider considering a Section 75 claim, a Financial Ombudsman case handler, an Insurance-Backed Guarantee underwriter, a mortgage lender or surveyor, or, where it goes that far, a court. Fact and opinion are separated throughout. See an example anonymised report (PDF).
