Honest note on scope: A RICS report or a PCA-accredited protocol report is a separate instruction we do not replace, and any mortgage decision sits with the third parties involved. Our report is not a replacement for those when formally required. What it does is give you — and any surveyor or lender reviewing your case — the clearest possible technical picture before you commit to that cost. Many clients find the inspection resolves the concern entirely. Others use it to understand exactly what further steps are needed and why.

Where the installation does not match what you were told or the conditions in its own product certificate — and you paid by credit card or finance — the report is documented evidence for your decision, sale, or claim.
