    What the inspection covers

    A visual, non-invasive check of the foil or multifoil installed in your roof. The assessor records what product is in place, how it was fitted, and whether the installation matches the manufacturer's own BBA certificate. You receive a photo-referenced written report, typically within 48–72 hours.

    • Air gap, sealed-joint and vapour control checks
    • Combined insulation build-up vs the claimed U-value
    • Moisture and psychrometer readings as standard
