Independent Loft Inspections — England & Wales, from a North West base

Promptness, professionalism, affordability, and detailed, easy-to-understand reports. I will recommend him anytime, any day.

Jan was extremely helpful. Talked us through the issues with spray foam very clearly and produced a detailed report with recommendations for next steps. He also followed up with an after sales call, and advised that he was there to help with any further advice that we may need. I would highly recommend.

WOW, What top notch service.... We have had no idea where to turn since the absolute mess provided by The spray foam installation. I found Sprayfoamcheck online and contacted Jan who has been professional and helpful from day one. His report and guidance has helped us start the ball rolling toward getting past the last two years of the mess we were left with physically and monetarily... 110% recommend this company and once we have established closure with this, i will provide a further update. THANK YOU !!!

Jan was extremely helpful for me, even before I had booked the services. Really made it clear what the survey would provide and was extremely professional. Would highly recommend.

Professional, helpful and friendly advice.

If you are looking to get your Spray foam insulation independently checked then I can highly recommend Jan. The inspection report he provided was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to understand. He carried out a thorough assessment, clearly identifying the condition of the spray foam insulation and explaining the findings with supporting photographs and detailed observations. The recommendations were practical, unbiased and extremely helpful, giving me confidence in the report's accuracy. Even after his inspection and report, I was able to contact him with any queries which he was more than happy to help with. He is worth every penny!

I cannot recommend Jan at Spray Foam Check highly enough. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, and dedication have been outstanding. The report he produced for me was incredibly thorough and detailed—far beyond anything I expected. Every aspect was carefully evidenced, clearly explained, and presented with a level of precision and care that has given me real confidence in moving forward with my claim. It's clear that Jan puts a huge amount of time and effort into his work, and it truly shows. What stood out most was not just the quality of the report, but the genuine commitment behind it. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and the final report is an invaluable document that I know will make a significant difference in resolving my situation. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, diligent, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for you, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jan. Thank you again—your work has made a huge difference to us.

After Jan had surveyed the work done in my loft by •••••• •••••, he produced a damning report (30 pages) of all the terrible work •••••• ••••• had done and, thanks to Jan, I was able to get a full refund from •••••• •••••, which I can now use to get the work done by a reputable company. Jan was extremely thorough throughout & I am extremely grateful to him – he is a superstar!

I didn't require Jan's services however he provided invaluable insight and information in my conversations with him. He could have easily convinced me that his services was what I was looking for. But instead he pointed me in the right direction with useful links. If you're looking for an honest company and require their services then this is the one
